S1E6 The Parents

Akkun visits Nontan’s home for dinner, where he’s introduced to her parents, Seichiro and Tsugumi. He’s struck by how much their relationship mirrors his and Nontan’s. Later, when Akkun’s own parents, Keita and Sakurako, arrive to take him home, Nontan notices the parallels: Sakurako reminds her of Tsugumi, but Keita couldn’t be more different from Seichiro—clueless and boyish, he brings a completely opposite energy to the table.
