Frustrated by his friends labeling him a killjoy, Hercules asks Hephaestus for a spark from his divine forge to become more like his father. Initially, the change seems successful, transforming Hercules into a more relaxed and enjoyable companion. However, the unintended consequences soon threaten both him and his friends. In a race against time, Iolaus and Jason reach out to Hephaestus for assistance in reverting Hercules back to his true self before things spiral out of control.
