S1E2 Round Two: What's My Name? (1964-1970)

Cassius Clay embraces the teachings of the Nation of Islam and takes on the name Muhammad Ali. For three years, he reigns supreme in the heavyweight division, but in 1967, he defies the U.S. Army's draft order, earning widespread disdain across the nation. As a result, Ali is stripped of his championship title, convicted of draft evasion, and faces exile. In 1970, he makes a triumphant comeback to boxing, yet it’s evident that his skills have diminished.
