Big Boss has pulled off a heist, snatching three top-tier Boxoids—robotic boxing suits. His sinister plan involves using them to swipe the mazer melter from a construction site, aiming to melt down the Empire City Power Plant and plunge the whole city into darkness unless Mayor Davis hands over twenty million dollars within an hour. Now, the C.O.P.S. team must spring into action to thwart Big Boss's scheme before disaster strikes.
