Guy Fieri hits the road to discover some eateries putting their own spin on delicious cuisine. In West Virginia, he visits a quirky spot housed in old buses, dishing out massive one-pound deep-fried hot dogs and three-pound burgers. Over in Miami, he checks out a tavern serving up traditional French escargot alongside fresh mahi mahi sandwiches. Finally, he stops in Virginia at what appears to be a typical café, but is actually run by a classically trained chef crafting everything from scratch, including a savory chicken dish with feta, white wine, and artichokes, as well as homemade pesto.
