Over in Spokane, he discovers a charming 1912 farmhouse-turned-restaurant that puts a unique twist on stuffed pork chops, featuring goat cheese, pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes. Lastly, in Portland, Maine, he checks out an 80-year-old waterfront eatery where the lobster is incredibly fresh, arriving straight from the boat and served on freshly baked brioche.
