Matt Beisner takes on the challenge of helping two dogs with troubled pasts—Agedashi, a once-wild blue heeler who reacts aggressively to unfamiliar faces, and Lou, a local stray who panics at the sight of collars. With animal control tightening policies on feral dogs, Beisner must find a way to ease Lou's intense fear of collars before the dog faces capture and a dire fate.
