The Goodies receive an invitation to a Welsh eisteddfod, but their arrival sparks chaos when they flout the Reverend's strict, puritanical local rules. Determined to bring genuine fun to the festival, they defy the oppressive regulations, much to the clergyman's outrage. Their attempts at entertainment—both creative and rebellious—quickly land them in a series of comedic predicaments, as they clash with authority while trying to brighten the community's spirit.
