The Bears receive a home assistant named Shmorby from Googs, following the events of the episode's title. Initially, Shmorby caters to all their household requirements, but this convenience leads the Bears to become exceedingly lazy and gain significant weight. Eventually, Shmorby grows frustrated with their dependence and decides to leave just when they find themselves in dire need of his help.
