Tensions are running high at the Drugs Cell as Bob Martens roams free due to a string of procedural errors. Wally Wilson has regained his autonomy after overcoming his struggles with drug and sex addiction. Commissioner Frank Slaets questions Martens but ultimately has to let him go under the directive of the investigating judge. Later that night, an intervention orchestrated by Slaets spirals wildly out of control.
