A twisted serial killer targets unsuspecting hitchhikers along a desolate road. As the body count rises, the community is gripped by fear and paranoia. When a brave survivor manages to escape, she becomes determined to help the authorities track down the maniac before he strikes again. With time running out, she faces her own demons while trying to piece together clues from her harrowing experience, all in a race to stop the predator from claiming more victims.
