He explores a hidden citrus grove perched on the cliffs, where he picks and savors the famous lemons alongside the grove's owners. Inspired by the stunning scenery, Gino prepares a luscious lemon mousse adorned with crushed amaretti biscuits, incorporating the region's unique fruit and the local limoncello. Seeking more culinary delights, he travels to an organic buffalo farm, where he learns the art of mozzarella making. As evening falls, Gino organizes a sailing outing with his new friends from the grove, serving up delicate buffalo mozzarella wrapped in parma ham and rocket, complemented by a refreshing limoncello and prosecco cocktail.
