Cobra launches a televised fundraising marathon, claiming the proceeds will fund a benevolent cause, but the true purpose is to bankroll a devastating computer virus designed to cripple global infrastructure. Meanwhile, the Joes race against time to locate and extract Sci-Fi and Lifeline, who have been captured and are being held as leverage to ensure the operation proceeds without interference. As the telethon broadcasts live, the team must infiltrate Cobra's headquarters, disable the virus before it deploys, and bring their comrades home safely.
