Colin and Manu take to the skies over Fiordland, landing on the deck of Pure Salt to whip up a meal aboard the luxury vessel. From there, they head to Otago, where Laura from Real Country challenges them to a round of axe throwing. After testing their aim, the duo swaps blades for bikes, cycling through the dramatic high country scenery surrounding Minaret Station.
