The Devil tricks Sam into believing that capturing his next escaped soul will be a simple task, urging him to bring the gang along for a fun road trip. However, upon their arrival, they find a monstrous tentacled creature has invaded a small town and has its sights set on them as potential meals. Meanwhile, Andi worries that Sam is growing too accustomed to this way of life, Ben grapples with his desire to be less dependent on Nina, and Sock makes a final attempt to hook up with his stepsister.
