Fire Bomber takes the stage for a triumphant concert marking City 7's reunion with Battle 7 and the fleet, but the celebration is cut short when Sivil crashes the event, draining spiritia from the terrified crowd. In the aftermath, Max approaches Ray with a proposal to assemble a specialized unit, the "Sound Force," designed to counter this new threat.
