In the autumn of 1977, Los Angeles is rocked by a series of murders involving young women. Most of the victims are found naked, abandoned on secluded hillsides, bearing evidence of torture. It takes nearly a year for the discovery of two murders occurring 1200 miles away to reveal the identity of the Hillside Stranglers.
