After a wild night of heavy drinking, Rocko resolves to quit alcohol for good, despite the persistent influence of his hallucinated companion, Bobby Whiskey. Meanwhile, Nitz receives an invitation to join Kimmy and her friends at a bar, prompting him to embark on a mission to learn how to drink. With Gimpy supplying a fake ID, Nitz seeks assistance from Rocko, who, now committed to sobriety, declines to help his friend navigate the bar scene.
