Fox in Socks and Mr. Knox are thrilled to learn they’ve won an all-expenses-paid vacation to distant Gazir. But before they can enjoy their prize, they have to pick it up at the chaotic Travel Center. There, they face a gauntlet of red tape: Yertle the Turtle, endless lines of civil servants, and the ultimate obstacle—the dreaded Travel Poobah himself.
