As Hurricane Helene makes its way north into the Appalachian region, it unleashes an astonishing 30 inches of rain. With countless cameras documenting the resulting floods and mudslides, a woman is swept away by the raging waters. Just when hope seems lost, a man at a nearby wedding rehearsal leaps into the turbulent water to rescue her.
