Ann starts her new role at a quaint hospital, expecting a tranquil environment, but instead finds herself facing spectral remnants from the Victorian period. To make matters worse, she uncovers a hidden room that serves as a gateway to a chilling black nebula. When the hospital elevator brings an EMT and her colleague to the sealed-off 7th floor, they undergo a shocking encounter with the otherworldly. Meanwhile, Nurse Cheyenne works in a recently built hospital featuring a section dedicated to treating inmates from nearby jails. She soon senses an unsettling presence, hears eerie whistling in the prison wing, and ultimately confronts the terrifying spirit that haunts the establishment.
