Title: The Transformation of Dean Sanderson Plot: After Dean intimidates a major client with his overly theatrical antics, Stewart suggests it's time for him to shed his “Grinder” persona and adopt a more grounded approach. He encourages Dean to seek therapy. Though hesitant at first, Dean ultimately concedes. However, true to his character, he takes it too far and starts applying his newfound insights to the entire family, including Debbie, who begins to consider leaving her demanding job.
