After Eric discovers he needs double bypass surgery, he plans a family meeting to discuss it, but at the last moment, he chickens out and suggests they all go bowling instead. His strange actions leave everyone puzzled, especially Annie, whose worry deepens when Eric's brother-in-law, Hank, arrives unannounced. Meanwhile, Robbie keeps bugging Kevin to assist him in getting rid of a parking ticket. On another front, Lucy persists in her doubts, wondering if Kevin has ever been involved with anyone else.
