Lucy finds herself at camp 'All By Myself' for the weekend, where the rule is complete solitude—no talking to anyone. Meanwhile, Ruthie is furious with her classmate Bobby Tripp for mocking her after accidentally seeing her underwear. In response, she instigates a feud between the Camdens and the Tripps to teach him a lesson. Additionally, the church's women's group hosts a baby shower for Annie. Eric and Matt share lunch with Morgan and John Hamilton, but their meal is denied by the restaurant manager due to his discriminatory policy against serving black patrons.
