911 Dispatcher Jackie Chappuies steps up to mentor rookie Hayley Kilbane, guiding her through a series of urgent calls. They find themselves responding to consecutive carjackings at a gas station, and soon after, they receive a report of a potential overdose. Jackie must quickly coach Hayley through administering CPR—something she has never had to do before.
