Fred and Lamont are hard at work planting a quaint little garden in their yard when an unexpected professor wanders in, proposing that they might be sitting on a potential oil reserve. Shortly after, Fred sets up a scarecrow in their garden, and to their astonishment, they strike oil. This surprising turn of events has Fred and Lamont dreaming about the possibility of becoming millionaires.
