Donna, Fred's fiancée, invites a patient named Osgood Wilcox to dinner at the Sanford home, and it quickly becomes clear that Osgood has intentions that extend beyond just seeking medical help from her. At the same time, Lamont urges Fred to consider that there might be a romantic connection between Osgood and Donna, leading to a tense confrontation between Fred and Osgood.
