Ward B4 is a chaotic realm filled with slips, trips, and unexpected challenges, where the realities of healthcare are anything but glamorous. Sister Den Flixter, Nurse Kim Wilde, and Dr. Pippa Moore gather for their daily ward round. As they navigate the routine of admitting and discharging patients, Hilary Loftus, the newly appointed male modern matron, faces distressing issues with an unpleasant stool sample and a deceased patient. Meanwhile, Kim wraps up her shift by indulging in a piece of the late patient’s birthday cake before heading home.
