In the intense season opener, Jerry represents a barber facing trial for letting his nephew sell crack from his shop. Marcus, instructed by Balco to adopt a strict approach in prosecutions, shows no mercy. Roz decides to take on cases again, but her initial case encounters a serious issue that could devastate a woman and her child. Meanwhile, Bobbi begins her divorce process, but soon finds herself facing an unexpected challenge. At a party for his 33rd birthday, Jerry becomes the target of jokes about his hairstyle.
