In an effort to reconcile with Dr. Sam, Josh sets out to find him an ideal condo, only to discover that the listing is owned by his fiercest competitor, Chad. Meanwhile, Chad is dealing with his own family troubles while attempting to sell two condos for a particularly demanding client. As tensions rise, Madison finds herself in a bind, lacking an assistant and facing mounting pressure to secure a lucrative deal.
