Allison's first day at Welltopia sees her and Ken engaged in a friendly rivalry as they attempt to outsmart each other on a patient’s diagnosis. Damona introduces her new boyfriend, Eric, to the team, only for Pat to catch everyone off guard by revealing he’s also seeing someone. Meanwhile, Dave is anxious about starting middle school and fears he won't fit in, prompting him to seek D.K.'s assistance in revamping his image.
