A whimsical creature reminiscent of Dr. Seuss arrives at the dam to teach the boys about kindness, safety, and fairness in their games. However, his well-meaning interference takes a turn when he decides to create a perfectly pleasant atmosphere for Dag by eliminating his brother Norb from the equation.
