Pepper Ann and her pals eagerly purchase tickets for a concert, but to her dismay, Pepper Ann discovers that her ticket is SOLD OUT! Frustrated, she vents to Nicky and Milo, insisting that they should have saved a ticket for her. However, in a twist of fate, all the tickets end up going to Dieter instead!
