Karen Betts, the new officer at Larkhall, arrives with a shared past with Fenner. Meanwhile, Helen struggles with her emotions as she tries to conceal her feelings for Nikki, especially when she's forced to transfer Nikki to another prison after an incident involving Dominic. Fenner uncovers Shell's betrayal, and his fury escalates, but his wife is ready to end their relationship, urging him to leave.
