In Spalding, Dan Brigginshaw is stationed at the annual flower festival, where he catches two aspiring gardeners in the act and provides some straightforward career guidance to a marshal with a troubled history. In another part of town, Sean Brennan confronts a young man who believes he can assert his dominance after a wild night out.
