In this unique Civil War-themed challenge, four blacksmiths face the task of transforming either a large cannonball or small grapeshots into the formidable Arkansas Toothpick knife. After enduring a grueling series of tests, two smiths will head home to forge General Ulysses S. Grant's Donelson Sword. Ultimately, two competitors will clash in the final showdown, but only one will emerge victorious, taking home a $10,000 prize and the prestigious title of Forged in Fire Champion.
