Shortly McGinty, a notorious criminal known for his incredible ability to change his appearance, breaks out of prison and sparks a frantic pursuit by law enforcement. The chase culminates at a landfill, where the officers mistakenly identify Ickis as McGinty and arrest him, taking him back to jail.
