Title: Infection, Part II (II) Plot: Dr. Manning faces significant fallout from her treatment of a recent patient. Meanwhile, April and Noah find themselves at odds over a case involving a patient who suffers from severe injuries due to an assault. Additionally, Dr. Charles receives an unexpected visit from a childhood companion who brings an astonishing secret to light. This storyline begins in Chicago Fire S08E04 Infection (I) and carries on into Chicago PD S07E04 Infection, Part III (III).
