Mohamed Gebeli, 65, is discovered dead in his Bay Ridge clothing shop, having suffered a gunshot wound to the neck. Detectives First Grade, Luis Yero and Michael O'Brien are assigned to the case. As they delve into the investigation, they struggle to identify a motive and consider the possibility of a racially charged hate crime. With limited evidence at their disposal, the situation takes a turn when police learn that other local shop owners are also being targeted, leading them to unravel a strange tale of revenge.
