When off-duty officer Sgt. Ian Durrant stumbles upon a dead man slumped in his van, detectives quickly connect the victim to a woman who died while in police custody. The case hits close to home for DC Rob Brady, who was the first to find her body. Meanwhile, Trainee DC Billie Fitzgerald uncovers a link to a murdered young police officer, leading DI David Bradford to consider that the perpetrator might be someone from within the police force itself.
