Title: Out of Options and Armed Plot: While relocating from Wisconsin to Minnesota, a family of six arrives at their new rental only to find it in a shocking state of disarray, contrary to the landlord's assurances of cleanliness. They decide to take legal action for the maximum allowable amount of $10,000. In retaliation, the landlord, who allegedly brandished a firearm during their dispute, files a countersuit for online harassment and financial losses.
