After assuring the mother of a murdered teenager that he will track down the drive-by shooter, ADA Lowe takes a ruthless approach to prosecute the young gang member he suspects, who is represented by Ellenor. At the same time, Lindsay feels compelled to assist a mentally challenged man in reconnecting with his daughter, whom he lost contact with after being wrongfully imprisoned for more than ten years.
