Meanwhile, Eugene and Rebecca are tasked with representing a woman suing a plastic surgeon after her husband tragically dies during a liposuction operation. As the case unfolds, they discover that their own identities are under scrutiny, with the opposing lawyer making numerous allusions to their race, putting them in the hot seat alongside the surgeon.
