Tom's quest for vengeance against Winters threatens to ignite a full-blown gang war. After discovering a new corpse on his doorstep, Neckbone confronts Hammond with a lethal ultimatum. The struggle for dominance over the Ravens intensifies, driving a wedge between father and son. Meanwhile, Hammond and Cole attempt to revive the pension fund, but their efforts end up backfiring spectacularly.
