In Corsica, a young boy breaks with generations of tradition when he hands over a wanted bandit to the authorities. His decision brings deep shame upon his family, who view his act as a betrayal of their close-knit community and its unwritten code of silence. As tensions rise and whispers spread through the village, the boy must confront the harsh consequences of defying the customs that have long governed their way of life.
