Tristan has taken on the role of a fertility counselor for the Ministry of Agriculture. Alongside James, he travels to Grimbsby to inspect a shipment meant for Russian veterinarians. The Russian female vet he meets only reinforces Tristan's stereotype, as she embodies his perception that all Russian women resemble discus throwers.
