Rowdy finds himself deceived by a woman into taming a wild stallion to settle her gambling debt. The horse has a dangerous reputation, having already killed one man and injured several others, including the owner's daughter. As Rowdy attempts to break the horse, he realizes he's not just dealing with an unruly animal; he’s also entangled in the fractures of a family facing turmoil.
