Ned's classmates challenge him to ask Missy out, while Moze is dared to don a dress and encounters three girls she believes might be robots. Meanwhile, Cookie goes head-to-head with Loomer in a quest to earn the title of "King of Dares." Determined to break his tendency to agree to every request, Ned sets out to change his ways.
