S3E3 Cash Strapped

Host Alex Guarnaschelli sets a challenge for four chefs to take the judges on a culinary journey from the sweltering pavement to an idyllic tropical getaway. Next, the chefs must craft a handheld dish that stays true to the theme, putting their destinies in their own hands. In the final showdown, the last two competitors prepare desserts, but a shortage of funds threatens to derail one chef's chances of success.
