Title: Strays and Lovebirds Plot: As the new kennel prepares for its groundbreaking event, Animal Control faces a crisis when they realize there are no dogs available for adoption. They embark on a citywide search to gather enough pups before the ceremony. Meanwhile, Frank grows increasingly worried as he notices he hasn’t received any communication from his father in quite some time.
